Appointments
New patient
To arrange a new patient consultation, please call our practice. If you prefer to submit an appointment request via our contact form please include a suggestion of the day and time you have in mind. One of our team members will then give you a call to take the initial payment and confirm your appointment.
New patient consultations do not include time for any treatment. If you have an immediate dental problem and you are in pain we recommend that you arrange an emergency appointment with us for your first visit.
Routine
Routine dental hygiene and planned treatment appointments requests can be booked via our contact form or by contacting our office. Please give a suggested day and time you have in mind. We will respond to your email to confirm your appointment.
Emergency
Appointments are available for both registered and non-registered patients. For same day emergency enquiries please call our reception for availability. The contact form is not suitable for same day emergency enquiries.
NHS
Appointments are very limited and are only offered to children and patients who are entitled to free dental care. We can only accommodate new patients when places become available, please contact our team for current availability. When booking appointments you will need to provide your NHS number and current documentation for entitlement to free dental care.
Cancellation policy
We require 24 working hours’ notice for cancellation and amendment of routine appointments and 48 hours’ notice for new patient consultation. This is necessary to enable us to reschedule our diary and/or offer the appointment to someone else needing it.
When less notice is given for private appointments, a late cancellation fee will apply.
No further appointments will be offered after two late cancellations or failure to attend NHS appointments.
Payment policy
Many of our patients chose to join our affordable membership plan to help spread the cost of their routine dental care and to enjoy the benefits of the discount offered on treatments fees. There is also the benefit of worldwide dental emergency insurance included in all plans.
With small monthly direct debit instalments, the membership offers peace of mind that the cost has been taken care of. If treatment is needed the additional fee is payable in full on the day.
Alternatively, we offer “pay as you go” services with all fees paid in full on the day. Advanced payment for appointments will apply.
We welcome patients with private dental insurance but it is important to ensure that the insurance covers private fees before entering our services. All fees must be paid in full on the day and advanced payments will apply.
A payment deposit is required for all new patient consultations, “pay as you go” hygienist sessions and treatment appointments lasting 30 minutes or longer. All prepaid deposits are fully refundable when appointments are cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
We accept payments by card and cash only.
